Here at Empowered For Life Fitness, LLC, fitness should be fun, and a strong mind will lead you to a strong body and, ultimately, a strong life.   • If the feel of a class is not for you or you would prefer one-to-one training sessions, I offer private training.

Small Group Training

  •  Small group training (2-4 people) includes a systematic approach to meet the needs of clients in any stage of their wellness and physical journey.  We'll be there with you every step of the way, pushing you to your limits while providing the support and motivation you need to succeed. 
  • Benefits:  accountability, enhanced self-esteem, improved endurance and heart health decreased body fat, and increased strength.

  • A high-energy 60-minute calorie-burning workout that's gentle on the knees.  
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

  • Mondays 5:00PM, 6:30PM & Wednesdays 5:30 AM.
