At Round For Round Kickboxing, our beat dropping playlist and high-intensity strength conditioning workouts will build lean muscle, burn over 500 calories, shed body fat, and shape your body to meet your goals. The workout is designed for maximum results using a heavy bag and gloves.
All classes start with dynamic movements like squats, lunges, push-ups, and more to get the body pumped up and ready to perform the kickboxing moves like a total champion.
Wrap your hands, strap on your gloves and punch and kick that stress away— each timed round will include kickboxing combinations in addition to functional movements that will challenge the beginner and elite athlete.
This part of the class is always fun and gets a ton of laughter. You'll team up with your trainer or a fellow member to practice accuracy and coordination—burning calories and having a blast.

At Empowered For Life Fitness, personal training is very different from traditional training, which typically jumps the client right into strength training without properly identifying prior muscle imbalances.
98% of the US population has issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination, left unaddressed over time leads to repetitive injury. An effective training program like this will offer corrective exercises to help rectify the root cause of the faulty movement patterns. Strong body = strong life.
Each stage of integrated training has a four week designated purpose and will systematically progress you through your goals and address any specific needs that you may have. Think of this functional training as a staircase guiding you through different levels of adaptation. This journey will involve going up and down the stairs stopping at other steps, and moving to various heights, depending on the client’s needs.
As your trainer, I take your fitness goals seriously, and each client has different needs and abilities. Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and going to the gym can be intimidating, especially if you’re starting. I understand that more and more people work from home, have longer working hours, and are required to move less on a daily basis. This leads to a more sedentary lifestyle and increases incidents of injury. The rise of chronic health risks are at an all-time high.
My goal is to effectively educate you on proper form and techniques on fundamental movements to gain your confidence in the gym or at home. I can regress an exercise if my client cannot perform with ideal posture and technique and progress the movement when my client has successfully mastered proper form and technique in a proprioceptively enriched environment.
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. I will help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. My commitment is to listen to you and help fitness become a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I firmly believe that you will obtain a healthy lifestyle and reach your goals if you practice healthy habits.

Get Your Mojo Back training is designed for healthy individuals who are brand new to functional fitness. This program will focus on educating the athlete on gaining knowledge and ability in the fundamental movements: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and loaded carry. First-timers will go through the initial comprehensive benchmark assessment and emerge as athletes who are capable of performing scaled WODs with safe movements.
*Mojo Fit falls under the Functional Fitness plan
Beginner levels welcome
This reactive training is for experienced athletes. Barbells, Plyometric, heavyweights, and bodyweight workouts that are constantly varied with high intensity!
Get Ripped, will help to improve your all-around fitness and make you more capable in all measurable areas of strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, stamina, and accuracy. Get Ripped is not easy. It will test you in ways you most probably have never been tested before.
